Lisa Wilson is National Co-Head of Tax at Sumer and Partner and Head of Tax at Cowgills, part of Sumer Group.
Since joining Cowgills in 2015, Lisa has helped grow a specialist tax team supporting owner-managed businesses and serial entrepreneurs across the full business lifecycle. Her experience spans M&A transactional tax, VAT, corporate restructuring, R&D, share schemes, and wider tax advisory services.
In her national role, Lisa works closely with tax leaders across Sumer to help coordinate and strengthen the Group’s tax services, bringing together national expertise with the practical, local support clients value.
