The audit of our charity took place soon after I had started in my role. As a newly appointed Finance Director I found the BHP audit team to be efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The audit information requested was clear and relevant and the Inflo system that BHP utilise during the audit is easy to use from a client viewpoint, providing a clear status report on the audit progress. The audit was not disruptive to our day-to-day work and we developed a strong working relationship in a short period of time. The team were also responsive to any queries that I had myself. It is also very helpful to know that I am able to contact our audit manager and partner for advice on any issues that arise during the year.
